and what decisions will we be making

will affect both the website itself and
marketing activity?

2. What information do salespeople,
customer support teams, and IT
departments require from the site to
improve decision making?

3. What are the business’s financial
incentives for performance – what
motivates the employees who will be
working with or benefiting from the
tool?

4. How technically skilled are the people
in charge of the web site and how
much training will they need?
5. What are all of the other systems we
are currently using that should be
integrated with web analytics?

6. At what level in the organization is web
analytics going to be managed?
