Description:Microsoft is a Branded Company in IT industry everyone knows about Microsoft and MSN.Microsoft want to develop Human Relevance System(HRS) to develop good search engine for users from unnecessary results taken from Robots and Spiders, because robots and spiders are not able to find non ethical techniques like porn and adult content or hide contents and links.Web Dunia: Web Dunia is also a well known CMM level-3 company based in Indore, USA and many office globally, it works on all technologies like Microsoft, Java, Open source, Graphic designing, media, language localization etc. I was join web Dunia as Core leader of team 12 to 18 people, I solve all the query of each people regarding to Keyword, Website ranking, Key word stuffing, spam pages, Doorway pages, Entry pages, and domain aliases, We use tool provided by Microsoft where we rank the sites according to the queries and keywords coming from database of Microsoft with the help of web crawler and spider, Microsoft want Human Relevance Search Engine which is called MSHRS search engine. I was work 3 months on UK market then after 3 months on US market. I manage all the details of team as there keywords, site rating, I was solve the problem according the site content like: site title, domain name, domain abbreviation etc, we rate each site on 7 scale rating Excellent, Very good, Good, Detrimental, Bad, Can’t decide, Page cannot displayed. I worked here in the period of October 2005 to April 2006.
